SL-DN may mean additional data usage or "DN"= download.
    In the bill l
BBFMC may mean Broadband first month/modem rental charges!
Any break up about BB given in left side of BIll ?
Check in Usage portal with your 14 digit portal Id and password.
( ask Exchange if not already given to you)

I was only guessing what it means !
You have not confirmed whether any break up
is shown in left side of the bill for BB.
Also if you had used phone calls in excess of
( allowed for month 50 free calls I think for 8 days say 15 free calls ) it could be shown.
See the Bill in total and give all the sub items.

should include Security Deposit ( if already paid preserve the receipt) modem rent ( if on rental basis, One months BB
usage in advance Rs 600/= plus usual taxes.

Each state/circle seems to have a different format.
Only A.O or CC can explain all the abbreviations!

BBFMC = Broadband Fixed Monthly Charges
Are u sure the charges are for 21st to 28th Feb. Or was your Broadband installed on 26th
It seems they have charged Broadband for 3 days (500/30 = 16 per day)

    what is SL-DN?
Charges under this category : Unable to decipher.

1.You have not replied to query by @panchabhut
about actual date of commissioning of your broad band line.

2.You have said 21st Feb and
BSNL appears to have charged for 3 days
    only.

3.Which is the date your usage
data counting starts in the usage portal ?

4.Better to talk to your A.O. and get clarification.
    Better get bill corrected .
    If paid now, getting credit
back will be your headache !

    SL-DN 64.0
    Mystery not solved !
appears they have charged you for BB usage for three days.
    69MB say 70MB x 80 paise
    Rs 56 / taxes at 12.3% approx Rs 8/= total Rs 64/=
If taxes and surcharge shown separately in the bill
    above assumption fails.

Confirm after talking to CC or A.O.
By the way did you pay advance BB rent usage Rs 600/=
Presume you had a BSNL L/L earlier.

Default They did the same to me

I used to have a home 250 plan. I got connection on 18th and thought i will get 1 GB. After a month they gave me a huge bill, which they say is because of " broken period". Like you get connection on 25th, you will get 3/30 X 1GB (or whatever is your download limit). I tried many times, there was nobody to hear my voice. I even gave written complaint to the Chief account officer. They didn't even bother to answer my queries. Since i need the connection i paid and kept quiet. May God save BSNL.

hey dilip, even i got the same problem. one of the persons who installed the modem told me that i could use the whole monthly limit available in the rest of the month (i got connection on 16th) but when i got the bill, the limit was half of the actual monthly limit and I ended up paying 442 rupees extra for usage (actual monthly limit is 1.5 GB ...adjusted limit is 713MB....I used 1265 MB) but since even the fixed monthly charges was halved (217 charged instead of 500) , I kept quiet and was sad for using 1.2GB before checking the billing system. anyway, my advice is dont trust the installation persons as they dont know how billing is done....also wait for first month and know how the billing works before downloading...

    the download limit for 3 days is 2.5 GB x 1024 / 30 * 3
    i.e. 256 MB
u have used 69 MB which is well within the free limit as also shown in your bill.
visit the exchange and get details on SL-DN.

    Default Beware!

Until 5th , they do not update your usage. When you get a new connection, you will not be able to check your usage statistics for 10 days. I got connection on 18th and checked to find out my usage. No use and I ended up with a huge bill.

And do you know something, read this very very carefully.

They do not update regularly. I used to have home -250 with 1GB download, now on 15th, i used 1.2 GB. Now i stopped using net. When the bill came, it showed 1.8 GB. Do you know why? They update some 600 MB usage on 1st of that month on 25th. I put a complaint, but got stories in return instead of solution. They call it maintenance.

My advice- Never ever trust the BSNL website. Find some alternative. We may be knowing it, but how come a person who applies for a connection know all these things.
