what should i do......

I have a problem with my bsnl broadband connection getting disconnected frequently.i can even download a file .when i downloading a file it disconnects and reconnects. iam using HOME COMBO 500 PLAN ..AND MY MODEM IS DAREGLOBAL DB108 ADSL MODEM.IS IT MODEMS PROBLEM . I CHECKED MY PHONE LINE BUT THERE IS NO PROBLEM.


WHAT SHOULD I DO.

Ensure all phones connected only from the ADSL splitter. PHONE PORT.

1.Check SNR/ATTN/line speed in
Statistics/ADSL page of modem and
note it down.

In the DSl page of your modem settings
uncheck mod selection.adsl2+

Save REBOOT wait for 2 minutes.

Statistics/ADSL page and post it here.
