Angry BSNL billing is worst, bsnl billing department is like headless chicken herd.

BSNL billing is worst, bsnl billing department is like headless chicken herd. Nobody knows how they have billed(i.e they don't have any billing format at all). It's a mess to interact with the accounts executives in bangalore and they have least priority towards customers (as if they are doing charity for customers). if you want to get the correct bill you need to dedicate one full day at the bsnl office and be prepared to run from table to table and person to person.

    Hi,

Yup thats how BSNL works ! its the most unfortunate and dreadful thing but its also the truth !

They don't who has to do what !! ask one he/she will say ask the next person or the next, this goes on forever !!

We should do something bout these people who are of the opinion that they are doing a big favor to us by either providing the service or even talking to us !

Which office you happen to visit Rajkar ?? was the issue sorted or what ??

    Regards.

    @rajkar
1.Presume you are a new user for BSNL BB.
If you give the complete details of the bill
    some one here can clarify
and save the time you say you have to
    spend with BSNL staff.

2.usually the abbreviations they use in their
bill format is not clear, and other Bangalore
users may explain this to you.

3.Presume you have problems with your
Broadband usage . Did you check it up
at their portal ? Post details of the summary
only and the tariff plan you have selected.

4.You can also make online complaint to Bangaluru
BSNL and /or to All India complaints web sites..

In Bangalore, it may be ok. But there are many locations where BSNL is the only provider. Besides, to run away is not good. Fight. Even if you fail. Normally they give you stories not answer.

Their attitude towards us is like, they have done something out of this world to be sitting on the other side of the desk. What they fail to understand is that it takes us out of this world's effort to bear their un-knowledgeable nature. Man, it's a shame that India's larget ISP has this kind of employees. Even illiterates would be able to understand more than them!
