    dear sirs how to fix phone line busy. when i am connecting error no 676 is comming from 3 days. why it is happen.

    It is very much possible that there is a problem with your ADSL line but before saying anything i may like to know about your connection device, connection type and OS details.

    please check if there is any firewall blocking your connection
