DNS error - cannot find server

The above message is shown during surfing what is the problem with net connection. i am using 500C night unlimited plan. Please anyone clarify me.

1.Please mention whether you get this error ALWAYS?
2.. Problem with net connection ? No internet connection ?
3... Give details of modem/router/make model.
4..... Whether the problem suddenly started.
5. ......Earlier surfing was possible.

i got this error on vista
so i had to do xp again

1.Amplify your answer with details asked by me earlier in this thread. .
2.Understand you cannot get connected to
Internet when using Vista OS .
3.All ok when using XP OS.

4. You have to create same Network connection
when using VISTA.
See Network/lan connections ? any icon appears ?

5.Start/All programs/Accessories/Communications/
Network connection wizard
( I don't have Vista OS)
6. Disable IPV6 in TCP/IP properties .
