Default link failure problem in kolkata

hi i am from alipore area of kolkata. i am having frequent disconnection problem for last 14 days. there is no resolution to my problem even after complaining several times. i have come to know that bsnl is upgrading their servers for 3g and that's why we are facing this problem. but is this the justification for pathetic service provided for the whole month. is anyone else facing the same problem?

No i am not facing such problem.

Did you check your SNR value ? what's that value ?
If SNR is low then contact in your local exchange or complaint at BSNL customer care number.

Did you connect any parallel connection ? If yes then, is all phone line connected after the splitter ?

Contact again at Allipore local exchange and finally tell them your problem once again just tell them your DSL link getting failure frequently if they deny to do anything then contact at BSNL head office at Hare street and complain there.

my line attenuation has been high from the time i am using bsnl that's almost a year. but the link failure problem has developed recently. the problem is more at night after 2am ie .night unlimited period. so i believe it is something to do at bsnl's end.probably there are lot of users trying to gain access to the same port.
