Smile help in choosing new isp

I have been a very satisfied customer of BSNL for 2 yrs.I have had a pleasant exp with very few calls required to the help center. There has been hardly any downtime(3-4) days max over a period of 2 yrs.I have the HOMEUL 1350 package.
I play counterstike online and connect to The V STREET server(Mumbai).recently i have been getting high ping and as a result kicked out from the server.I was previously in the HOME750UL plan and could get ping of 70-90, when i started getting high ping i upgraded to the HOMEUL1350 plan in the hope that it would solve my problems. The was no improvement in the ping although connection speeds and downloading was vastly improved on other sites.
The VSTEET sever had shifted to an airtel connection ,(the timing coincides with the start of my prob) If anyone has info on whether this could be the cause pls help.
I dont have Airtel BB at Vizag so i would have to choose from RELIANCE,TATA
Please suggest a good service provider keeping in mind my needs
