Which zone ?
Calcutta telephones user can see the meter reading from Calcutta Telephones website using userid & password.May be this facility available in other zone also.So check your zonal BSNL site and create user account, login and check the meter reading(obviously if such facility present in your zone)

For H500C plan no. of free calls are 175 per month. However, for the first month of service rental, Broadband free use and Free calls are all calculated on proportionate basis.
For the first few days of the month till H500C is activated, free calls & rent would be as per the earlier available plan.
I am assuming that u has the connection in an earlier month.
So, if your earlier plan was General (rent 180, calls 50) and the BB service has started say on 11th, the free calls & rent would be as follows,
1-10 th March Rent 60 (180x10/30) free calls 16 (50x10/30)
11-31st March Rent 350 (500x21/30) free calls 122 (175x21/30)
total rent 410 free calls 138

Chargeable calls = current reading (minus) reading on the last day of previous month (minus) free calls

if openign reeading was say 100 units, then chargeable calls
438-100-138 = 200 @ Re. 1 per call

for any other date of BB installation and initial phone activation, pl. modify accordingly.
