    I am using BSNL BB since 4.3.2010.The speed is good, but their new portal is not working properly.It showed usage entries twice.I have already lodged the complaint with BSNL,Kalyan.Moreover,billing is not proper

    If your IP is 117.xx.xx.xx
    Usage check at Kalyan SSA.

    BSNL Kalyan has reported some problems. I think they are planning a new portal.

    Default BSNL Self care portal

    Bsnl SAP portal (self care portal ) of Kalyan SSA is not that perfect yet.When you check the BB usase on the portal,It shows double the usage.This is happening in my case.I have already lodged a compiaint with BSNL authorities.I have installed networx and ShaPlus Bandwidth Meter on my pc to check my actual usage.

    @meetdilip
    Could be for all 117.xx.xx.xx users in Maharastra & GoA ( appears to be in testing mode )
    Download the full usage data to Excel file format.
    Scroll message will appear for new circles in data.bsnl.in.
    Already some towns in Orissa listed.
    Also a member from Kolkatta has referred this self care page for his /telephone BB usage check.
    website address is not same type.

    @scoobz
    Not possible. max speed for your plan 512 Kbps or 64KB/sec ( ideal conditions)
    If you need speed upto 2 Mbps apply for change to Home 500 plans next month.
    U/L download between 2AM and 8 AM.

    first broadband connection on Sep 2008.
    Bsnl 500C, Nokia Siemens C2110.
    At that time I got the modem free/zero installation charge/zero security as a promotional offer.
    Had to surrender it on Nov 2008 due to pressure of exams.

    Next broadband connection on Nov 2010.
    Bsnl 500C, Siemens C2110.
    This time I got 15 days unlimited download/zero installation charge/zero security as a promotional offer.

    I LOVE BSNL BROADBAND THOUGH THEIR SERVICE SUCKS.
