HOW CAN I UPDATE THE SOFTWARE FOR THE MODEM

IAM USING UT300R2U modem where can i get the update software file

because iam not able to get VIRTUAL SERVER option in NAT by this portforward for utorrent is not possible

Please set the modem to dial in the bridge mode, it is easy and does not require port-forwarding. For a guide to bridge mode see mydataone.net

setting your modem in bridged mode forwards all ports and traffic to your computer.. You should ensure that you have a good 3rd party firewall installed..windows firewall is not good enough..
pppoe mode +NAT-DMZ and bridged mode is the same in terms of port forwarding as in both cases all ports are forwarded
