Thread: help wid ADSL 2+ modem

hi ppl,
am usin a Ul750 plan... i waz provided with a iti modem (model no-DNA-A211-1)....

earlier i had a problem with the internet connection, it used to get connected and gets disconnected in no time... and all of a sudden the dsl light starts to blink... from ystdy nite the dsl light is stable and the inet lite is off and had to connect with ma username and password which i wasnt doin al these time....

plz do help me in dis...

all i want to knw is
1] y is the inet light off (is der nythn rong wid that nd hw can i get it fixed)
2] how to connect to internet without username and password

ps : i also had a prblm wid ma wlan nd i sum how fixed it by usin dat 192.168.1/.....

i tried googlin it but no use..... i guess i ll get a solution hea..... thnx in advance

2] how to connect to internet without username and password

1.Open modem and make a back up of present settings.
2.Open the WAN page, uncheck "Bridged'
3.Select PPP/PPPoE. enter UserId ( without @ bsnl.in) and
password.
4.No other changes. SAVE reboot.
