1.As a Home user BSNL allots Dynamic IP, everytime
    you connect and reconnect.

"StaticIP" means allotted in TCP/IP properties.
    For instance Your computer 192.168.1.2
    Default gateway Modem 192.168.1.1
Check Device Status of your modem
You will find a Static IP of BSNL
    LAN IPv4 Address: 192.168.1.1
    MAC Address: 00-1e-40-zz-yy-xx
    Default Gateway: 122.164.48.1
    Primary DNS Server: 208.67.222.222
    Secondary DNS Server: 208.67.220.220
    Date/Time: Fri Mar 27 23:55:34 2009
My Dynamic IP 122.164.60.xxx now AIRTEL.

    Internet BSNL end ===Phone line=== adsl splitter===MOdem==
    your computer.
Other devices like VOIP device/WIFI router /laptops etc also given IPs.

Please explain your problem/requirement in more detail.

    You mean this ?
    Mention modem model and other
    details of your setup .

So far my knowledge concern ADSL CPE means the ADSL Modem, here CPE stands for Customer premises equipment. though instead of ADSL CPE, only CPE could serve the purpose

Actually sir we have a Polycom VSX700e Video Conferencing System.
BSNL has given us one static ip for Broadband UL3300 Plan (Modem is ZTE ZXDSL 531) . Through this broadband i can ping my Gurgaon office Static IP of Polycom VSX700e Video Conferencing System, but when i tried to ping this ip from my Gurgaon office... i am able to pinging it but from PC only not from my Polycom system.
Polycom system have logical ports for connectivity. I have given 192.168.1.2 IP to my Polycom system.

At gurgaon office we are using Internet Leased line so their is not problem. we have configure this IP in Polycom, but in case of ADSL Broadband Static IP is automatically alloted to Modem not my VC system.

So problem is that now how can i route my traffice from modem to Polycom system.

May be this is same way to mail server configuration or port forwarding issue in modem.

    Kindly guide

    2. To enable remote Video conferencing what is the application used at either end ?

Through this broadband i can ping my Gurgaon office Static IP of Polycom VSX700e Video
3 IS This unit part of a VPN system in your office?
Do you dial that network from your location say Home ?
    about Video unit later.
Show Internet layout in your office.
Phone Jn=Modem== LAN or VPN network
    hub or switch
    computers
    video conferencing set up
    printers
    scanners

I am trying to understand this aspect.
In Yahoo Messenger, we access each others Webcam
and video can be seen .

    Please explain.
