    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am nilesh. I had home 500 plan. When I connect PPPoE connection its shows me the virus threats every time i.e. pro3[1].exe / tmp424.exe. I had installed Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition on my PC. And it is updated everyday. But its still shows me the same virus threats every time i connect to PPPoE connection. Pls help me to solve this problem permanently. As my pc is going to be crashed because of this virus threats.

    With Regards,
    Nilesh Parkhe.

    Default Pro3[1].exe suspected malware.

    PRO3[n].EXE, Prevx

Try the application from this web site.

Did you download any games recently on line ?

Don't you get an option to Quarantine or delete
    in your AV program Symantec.
Better run a full scan now OFF LINE

I dont download any game. The problem is that when i connect PPPoE connection the antivirus popup show me the threats i.e. pro3[1].exe / tmp424.exe. And it doesnt delete. And i offline mode it doesnt show any threats. It shows only when connected to PPPoE.

Option 1id you run a full scan your AV application now ?
if there is threat Symantec will show it.
If not you have to download another program as given in my post.
    Option 2:
    Para two;
If you know how to change to "Always On " mode, change settings in modem and try.
    whether same message appears.

Option 3: In Safe Mode try System Restore.

    Option 4 : download Ccleaner from filehippo.com

    Default removal of malware

1.Seems you have rejected the other options.
option 1.... run a full scan with AV program
    option 3... System Restore
    option 4.... ccleaner.

    2.
Option 2.... "Always on " settings.

Check at this web site and hope you will
