Use your 14 digit Portal ID and password to log in. Password is usually password. Under " My orders ", check effective date and Provisioned is the word for plan change. You can recieve sms and email alerts when you cross your usage limit. Web Registration for Usage Alerts Last edited by meetdilip; 05-07-09 at 01:55 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost | |

Rep Power: 0 | I have been previously using Home-250(annual) till the last month (April). I opted for the plan change and i went to to the BSNL office for the opted plan change(Combo 500C-annual) on 24th April. They told that the new plan will be effective from the 1st of May. As usual, the plan change did not happen from the may1. Believing that the plan would have changed i started downloading during the unlimited hours. The usage was upto approx.600MB till 6th may. From the 7th of may only, the usage was zero during the unlimited hours. Now, if i use upto the usage limit of 1524MB for this month(i.e approx.924 MB from 7 to 31st May), will i get the extra money to be paid for the excess usage of first three days? Can anyone help me... //Moderator note: You have not activated your account. Please click on the link in the mail you received from the forum admin in your mailbox. Rep Power: 12 | @slogger Please check also in this web site. BSNL Portal Save it as a screen shot. (PrntScrn Key ) 0r Save it as an EXCEL file. ( go to bottom of the page) If possible upload at tinypic.com Give the link here as ( example ) h t t p : // i45. tinypic.com/3456.jpg @sreperu No. Unlimited plan Home 750speed is 256 Kbps or 32 KB /sec Higher speeds may be available at a greater cost. Check different tariff plans here. Change to Home 500 or Home 500C or Home500C+ for unlimited d/l during 2AM and 8 AM. http://www.bsnl.in/service/dataone_tariff.htm#home |

UL 750 - 256 Kbps or 32 KBps - Unlimited for Rs. 750 per month UL 1350 - 512 Kbps or 64 KBps - Unlimited for Rs. 1350 per month I use UL 750, which is quite useful and safe from billing issues. If you are a heavy downloader or intend to download movies and big files, Home 500, 500C or 500C+ will be a better choice. These plans provide the same up to 2 Mbps speed and has a night unlimited download facility. Before plan change, please go throught these http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-b...an-change.html (Precautions during plan change) http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-b...tml#post147209 (Precautions during plan change) For details of all available plans and tariff, click here. | May be your plan change didn't happened on 27 th. They might have scheduled it on 27th and activated on 4th. Hence the charges. Check under My orders (in BSNL portal). Look for the provisioned/effective date. |

Rep Power: 1 | If i change the plan for this month, then can I change it again on next month? Or is there any minimum period (2 month, 3month) that I should keep the plan without changing. |

Rep Power: 0 | I have to wait for 2 months b4 my H500 C+ got changed to H750UL. and that too after some harsh words. Now I can't be sure whether it has been changed or not because their damned site "bbservice.bsnl.in" doesn't open. . Incidentally, my download speed adn everything has gone down drastically. Earlier when i was using 500 Combo, the download speed was about 150-180KB but now it's hardly 30KB. My query is: does the speed come down in 750UL+? If so, why and any ways to circumvent it? |
