one more query i aplly for home ul 750 on 14 oct. and they tell me that we apply ur plan till 7 days. i call customer care and confirmed 3-4 times. now i am also getting speed og 35 kbps and also usage are shown 0. but data are shown
like happy hours..so i think my plan is activated they also provisioned the home ul750 plzn from 21 oct. in my portal and last plan home combo is closed..
Thanx... for pointing out the way BSNL carries out the task. It is to be understood that we live in India and these are really normal or to be exact an everyday hurdle that almost everyone goes thru.
Even I have changed to UL 750 plan and I made calls(umpteen no. of times) to the BSNL CC/AEO u name it, but then thats the way it works. In sharp contrast I have also experience with the Airtel BB, They are prompt to certain extend or atleast pickup the call![]()
BSNL doesn't have better customer care service. The Customer Care Executives talk garbage as if we are irritating them....

BSNL Plan change occurs on 1st week of every month. There were singular reports of plan change in the middle of month.
That is the main problem with the BSNL, they always keep us guessing and never give extact information and their service personnel are very slow to react even. But connectivity wise its good
I have also the same problem. I applied for home 500 on 13th Oct from home 250. They changed my plan on 6th Nov. I can see it from bsnl portal 10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp. But this site don't show the detail information like bbservice.com. Chargable unit is showing 0 between 2 to 8 am. Can i use this free hours from this month? Or i wil b charged as per home 250? plz suggest me friend![]()

Presume you can see the change in first week entries.

Chargeable unit ( less free NU) shows your TOTAL usage.
You can deduct approx ( for 6 days at 1 GB approx per month= say 180MB approx for November
( for 24 days at 2.5GB per month = say 2000 MB approx )
From Total shown approx 2GB will not be charged.
Use FireFox browser and ADD ON DATAFOX to track usage
in a small window above Taskbar.
Ensure you start NU after switching off modem at 0155
start around 0205 and close at 0755.
This is to avoid overlapping timings. .

BSNL still follows the same usual government attitude to entertain their customers. I applied a broad-connetion on promise to get within 3 days but it took more than a month to finally get it.
Then again the same problems as was 5 years ago. Faults, faults and faults. No action even after commited assurance from TDM shahjahanpur (UP) on face to face meet and thereafter hectic follow-up every-week on phone.
It,s really really a pity sitution for BSNL which is responsible for rapid decreasing profits of BSNL. As per last info, in last 3 years 63 lacs consumers have surrendered their connections.
At one hand they are talking about worry about decreasing profits but on other hand, BSNL is not bothered at call to improve their consumers services for consumer satisfaction.
Anyhow, now I strongly believe that :
BSNL means : Bhool Se Nahi Lena (Never take BSNL connection even by mistake)

well said and most of these guys follow the same old priciples of govt policies which are all know to the people how fast they will react
actually in my 500 plan 2.5gb limit was over on 29th November ... on morning 30th of November i applied plan change from 500 to ul1350 .. after that when i check my order status on evening it showed u1350 was open so i planned to use broadband from 1dec and i used from 1st dec the whole day i used nearly 5gb since my speed is (256kbps-2mbps) when i check the order status it showed me that the order status for ul1350 is Future Date to 3dec
My Questions are
1.will they add my 5gb useage on 1dec to my previous months 500plans
2.in which plan am i now ,whether Decembers 500plan or previous months 500 plan
3.can i use broadband now
