    There is no overlapping on uses. Portal showing that sum excluding NU is under 2.5 gb for both months. I have submitted all the information regarding uses and last paid bill. Now I am waiting for there response. They told me to come back the day after tomorrow as they would check for the error. I can't believe them. It was totally their mistake.

    1. Which site do you use for checking details. Link please. Post the orders page.

    2. Check the effective date of UL 750+ plan, post the screen shot.

    3. Check your usage. Does it show zero during day time ?

    hey,now,i think u r the right person who can help me out of this.......

    on 20 th july, i applied for plan change,on 24th july i saw its effect on my SPEED and PORTAL .... but from the 1st of august i started using it as unlimited..5 days before i got bill for the last month explaining that only phone plan has been changed and not the broadband one...and now yesterday i got aclear confirmation that my plan hasbeen changed to 750plus+ ...((it shows in the portal that service order hasbeen provisioned)
    the problem is i have been using it to full of my heart.....so the bill is definitely gonna cross Rs. 20,000......so what should i do now...where do i complain about it??inthe NIB or local telephone exchange????

    i m the man who already knows that somebody is gonna hit a big bomb on my head in a week or two....and i cant do anything

    Call customer care and get the phone no of Accounts Officer and Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE). Talk to them and seek help.

    customer care means NIB or 1800???
    will the junior employees allow me to talk to their seniors??

    Normally they give the no. Call any BSNL no and ask for the concerned no. Your problem is very usual with BSNL. So they will be knowing you are not bluffing.If possible, visit the exchange. A talk in person will be too good.

    Mr. Gadha66, I have reasons to believe that u r a bsnl employee, lest the way BSNL functions, one often fails to see any sincerity in them in delivering the promised service. I have taken a connection at 1350. In the beginning of the second month, the connection speed should have been restored back to 2 mbps which did not happen. This was done after running after many senior officials. I thought may be there was some problem with my account, this wont happen next month. But today I notice that the connection is still at 512 kbps and I have now to run after them again !! And they promise LIGHTENING SPEED.

    todays was the worst experience i had with BSNL.....
    i m not getting exactly from where to start actually .... so many things i want to put upon over here
    1. 1st i went to NIB....they told me that they changed my plan from 24-07-10 so u have to go to accounts officer whose ass was in another office nearly 5 kms. away........i did it.....
    but the accounts officer guy (about whom i thought first he must be a young tech and will treat me with good ambience) was a syupid and arrogant person ........ he showed me two dates .one was 24-07 on which my order was placed & 27-08 on which my 750plan started actually.....and he just started scolding me ...and asked me to not to tell him any bullshit reasons..(actually he wanted me not to enter his office from next time)therefore he asked me to see my regional commercial officer......so i made another 6 kms on hot sunny day...and as u can expect the commercial officer was a lady who didnt know wat i was talking about ,,why she is sitting there...she also narrated me the same thing as the A.O. she sent me back to NIB...
    again i made another 8 kms,,,they told me the same thing that in their server completion date of my application is 24-07...i asked them to call the A.O. in my behalf....but the stupid man started scolding them also.....
    the result is i got nothing today ..but a small consolation from NIB and they told me to write complaint letter CHIEF PRO..
    now who is this person?should i really got to approach him?

    i have a supporting point in this...i can say that i confirmed my plan after 24th july from NIB.....

    Ask any of your friends who are good in negotiating to accompany you. It all depends on your negotiation skills. Irrespective your being right or wrong, you need to present your case as shrewdly as possible. It is a very difficult thing to achieve.

    I recently applied for application for Ul -750 on 22 April. Today that is 28 th April i am finding that my speed has slowed down and when i check usage it is showing 0 chargable units for all of my usage for todays morning.
    Does this mean my plan is activated.
    Also how to check order. What is service user id?

    If chargeable units excluding night unlimited is zero, it means you are already in an UL plan.

    While checking orders, no need to enter service user ID. Simply enter the telephone no in the prescribed format and hit " search orders ". This may help

    Exclamation Plan Change

    I had requested a plan change on 21 oct. i.e. from 125 home plan to 499 unlimited home plan. It became effective on 2 Nov.

    Today I recieved the bill for oct... It says,
    Security Deposit 31/10/2011 to 4/11/11 499
    n few more charged from 7/11/11 to 7/11/11

    Bill date is 7/11/2011

    How bsnl can charge for nov in oct's bill ?

    Did u recieve similar bill.

    Next month how billing will be done ?

    Usage charges for 1/11/2011 is 0.05 gb. Will I be charged 125 (fixed charges) i.e. for 1 day ?

They need to pass it to the technical section. Technical section approves it and pass it to Bangalore NIB where the plan change takes effect.

    We consider all these department as BSNL. But for them, these are like Pakistan, China and Srilanka. Your plan change will not be effective from the date of your application or from first of next month. The effective date is when the technical section sanctions it. They set an effective date. Which we can check under data.bsnl.in under my orders.

    3. If you change to Unlimited 750, you need to pay Rs. 1500 next month. RS. 750 as advance and Rs. 750 as rent.

    4. According to what they say if you see the word PROVISIONED in my orders "
    you can consider your plan change to be effective from the date beside it. Please do not start using even if you see provisioned. Check the speed and confirm you have a plan change. If you have changed to Unlimited plan, then chargeable units should show zero.

    Do not confirm with Customer care or local exchange. Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE) will be the right person to answer your queries. Ask for his number when you speak to local exchange or customer care.

    5. If your plan change is from 10th, your previously had Home - 250 and you changed to Unlimited 750. Then till 10th you should pay the charge as per Home 250. If you have exceeded 333 MB (1/3 of 1 GB) then you will have to pay for the extra usage, even if you shifted to an unlimited plan. And for the next 20 days you should pay (750/30 ) X 20 = 500.

    All these happened to me when I changed from Home 250 to Unlimited 750. Just wanted to share that others need not suffer these surprises. But BSNL may have more in stock for you. Please share this with your friends who intend a plan change.

    I expect a few reps. So please be generous.
