Thread: i forgot my portal id password

hi friends myself farhan using bsnl as my sevice provider. Earlier i suppose to check my data usage by going to their account management site. But recently i changed that password from it was password and i changed it. But now when i try to login by new password it is showing that invalid userid or password.can anyone help me to resolve this probelem.What should i do? Please help me friends i need to check my data usage.

call internet helpline number 1957 or any other number allocated for BB helpline.If not sure call 197 first then ask for internet helpline number,They will reset your password.

use 1800-424-1600 as BSNL customer care number for BB.register your problem they will reset your password within 24-48 hour.

i think calling the local SDE (Sub Divisional Engineer) for BB will be easisest option. This guy can reset ur pass in few hours. I did reseted mine once in hour or so.
