Default [HELP]Cannot access dataone broadband with UT300R2U ...

I am using BSNL UT300R2U modem to connect to dataone home combo plan...For last few days the data led in the modem is not glowing and i cannot access net...All other leds->power,link,pc/usb are working perfectly and they r stable.... i could enter the configuration page and configured as good as i can with info from bsnl....Even they checked my modem (i took it to them)and said it is programmed correctly....Username & password is correct...But in config it is showing some problems like they default gateway is not showing in the device info or any other pages... Also in the diagnostics page 3 test properties failed..i dont know wat to do...ping default gateway is shown failed there...but i could correctly ping it thru command prompt... Some images if necessary... PLZ reply soon...

its not your problem...! its the problem with the BSNL itself...! your link is not working so ask the line men to check it .... if possible complaint to some of the higher officer...... if your DSL/ADSL light becomes stagnant then you will be able to connect....!

Thanks all those who replied...problem solved...the bsnl officer came to my home and corrected the problem... The main prob was with the splitter i used earlier to get dialup b4 i got broadband....he changed tat.... then there was some problem with my password settings in their server.... tat also solved...so now everything is ok..
