Exclamation Change of Plan! help
guys i applied for a plan change from H500C to H500 some 2week back and they told me the change will be effective from this month. today wen i checked the bsnl website it says

Orderid                 *******
Order Type              Plan Change
Plan Name               Home 500
Order Status            Provisioned
does this mean the plan is actually changed and i can safely download 2.5gb instead of 1.5gb of h500c???

plz reply guys, i dont wanna get into any trouble

If you have applied for the plan change in the previous month (March 2009), the new plan will be applicable from April 1,2009.

BSNL always late with servicing. My friend has applied for a connection since a month and no response yet! I hope you get lucky though
