Thread: Still 256 Kbps!!!!!!!!

I have changed my plan from home 199 c to home 500 c+ this month portal is showing that is changed.But I am still stuck at max 256Kbps dowload speed max 30 KBps .Previously I had home 500 c I used to get 2mbps.
Please Tell me what to do I have docated.

Call exchange ( Broadband section ) .
Make a complaint.

yep thats what you have to do... call the exchange and login a complaint and will rectify your problem....!

Vocally confirm that your plan is changed. And then lodge a complaint.

I have complaint bsnl,de mailed.but problem is not solving what to do.

they usually tell you to wait for a week.. they told me to wait for a week for my plan change..

i am also having same problem.i changed from 750 to 500.still i am getting 256kbps only what can i do please suggest me

Kindly check your portal, whether your plan change request status is provisioned or not. If it is open or future dated then your plan change request is not activated.

I have checked it says normal I am also getting night unlimited .I contacted bsnl they showed my plan 500c + but they are not doing anything.

Go to BSNL NIB-II PORTAL

Under my services, usage details. Please post the details of night unlimited usage.

Under my orders, enter your telephone no. and check the order status. it will be nice if you can post that screenshot.
