how to connect in bridged mode?
    Read Para two first.
    In the WAN page settings
    uncheck "PPP/PPPoE" or similar entry
    and select ""BRIDGED"
    SAVE and reboot.
You have to use an external dialer to
    connect.
    Now all ports are open.

    Para two:
    setup utility to connect it
in pppoe mode n everythingz fine
If now you get connected as soon as you switch
    on system and modem/router
See portforward.com for instructions for your
    router and application/s.

you probably already have the required port opened cause i dont think 40kb/s is possible without port forwarding.
