You can use an alternate bandwidth meter
ya same is the case with me.I just chaged my plan from 750UL plus to 500c plus on 1st april.(Fool's Day).unable to view usage.what is the alternative.Site say "no usage record available".
Usage record are not shown that instantly. There are times when the usage records are shown after 3 days.
this happens always during the 1st week
the usage details are not accessable during the first week as the server remains locked for billing purposes
I have also personally experienced this problem with BSNL's data usage checking portals ..........
and this problem occurs during the mid of the months as well not just at the beginning of the month ..........
thanks for the replies!
even i just changed from 500c to 500c+
last month was my first and i downloaded like 2GB instead of 1.5GB
gn
This is a common matter. At the first week of every month there is a thread in IBF regarding usage record. I think no further discussion is required
@superprash2003
No re phrasing required actually as I was saying that I cannot agree to your reply as I am having a different experience from my BSNL BB. I have this problem almost every time I try to check the usage. But there is no problem from Hathway connection. Only few instance I am successful in checking the usage from my BSNL BB. The exchange/area of my place can be good reason for this. But I am sure each ones experience will be different.
wel my account is not updated after 2009-04-10? y is it so?![]()
BSNL do not update on a real time basis. Expect a delay of 2-3, at times 4 days. It is a very common Customer Friendly feature only available with BSNL.
Use a bandwidth meter instead. Download
i believe its under maintenance..
thanx for the info. am actually using two bw monitors, shaplus and Bandwidth Monitor (bwmonitor.com), Bandwidth Monitor to measure whole downloads and shaplus to measure excl. night unlmtd. but bsnl always shows more than wat shaplus displays. is it bsnl's fault or shaplus's???
Please stick to what BSNL shows, because that is what matters.
Different meters differ in reading. Take them as approximate value. Bitmeter allows you an alarm when you reaches a specific limit (say 90 %).
ok here's a quick update as of 14th april on the issue..
since 8th april again there have been no updates from the bsnl side..
(but from my experience in the previous month,
i think am on track..)
Even If shaplus's shows no usage it doesn't matter because the Bill generated for your broadband usage would be based on the usage details listed under BSNL's portal etc. ............
but you may note down the difference between the usage shown between shaplus' and BSNL's and thus calculate the appropriate usage accordingly ............... this is because as the thread states BSNL's usage portal is most of the time DOWN .............![]()
