Question Can I connect 2 comps on SU connection?

Hi guyz,
I ordered BSNL Broadband connection few days ago with modem type IV.
It will b arriving in 2-3 days. Type 4 modem has 1 wireless and 4 lan ports.
My laptop has wifi. I hav 500 Home Plan

Can i connect my laptop with wireless and my computer by LAN to modem at a same time?
OR
Can I connect my laptop with wireless and computer to "LAPTOP" by LAN and share internet connection?????How??????

My opinion is also "Not needed."

You can go for the first option which would be better in all ways I can think of.
