Thread: do we get 2 mbps on 750 UL?

There is my friend ,who says that there is an Unlimited connection in BSNL BB for which I have to pay Rs. 750 and get dload speed of 250 KBps.
He says that i can get this speed 24hrs except the peak hrs & he used to get these speeds at Bhubaneshwar.

Is it true?? Guys please let me know if it is.
I dont think he must be getting these speeds at Bbshwar.If he was getting it must be just by mistake.

Actually i couldnt find a better place to confirm this...so i had to post the thread.

He may be saying that h is getting 250Kbps and not 250 KBps or his plan is not UL 750 it may be B700.

No, He says that he can dload a 700MB movie within 60min.
So thats for sure he said 250KBps

You can go to :: Orissa Telecome :: and when you search for BB tariff you will be redirected to Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. which is a common tarrif for all India. Thus there is no scope for special tariff for Bhubaneswar.

I worked on a 750 UL plan 2 -3 hours ago and I got 28 - 30 KBps D/L speed

well certain circles do give special offers at times.. but 2mbps UL for 750rs per month is definetly out of the way!!

Might be a special promotional plan tine, otherwise BSNL rates/speeds are common across India.
