Rep Power: 2  |  My WiFi Router Get Reseted Automatically Whenever I Reboot a Modem by switching off it OR by using reboot option in router configuration window it get reset to the factory default setting. Each Time i need to configure all settings . plz help me. What is the problem.   Model : DNA-A211-I Comes With Bsnl. |

|  I think that a firmware upgrade would correct your problems, some having the same modem and the same problem got it right after they did a firmware upgrade. But, just as some of our experts like essbebe say, "It is risky, and you may have a dead modem". And, if you are planning for a software upgrade, note down the present version details from the Device Status page. And, you may want to create a backup of the settings before doing the upgrade, so that you don't need to set all of them after the upgrade.
