Thread: No Usage Records Found!!!

i have changed my plan from h500c to h500 and it took effect effect this month. but it always says No Usage Records Found from 1 April onwards for both march and april ( i got my connection in march). it was working till 31 march. does any1 else face the same prob?

As informed by my Exchange perople, Plan change requests made till the 20th of a month gets effects on the first of the next month. For requests received after 20th, the change is effected from the first of the month following the next month.
