Rep Power: 1 | no i have not connected any telephone line.. i am using it solely for BB.. also is it wise to connect the direct line to router without the splitter since i aint gona use telephone line.. @essbebe : i have tried your method.. the connection restarts ot tries to restart ... but all the time the status light on the router doesnt show up... i dont know why.. i tried different settings... if ADSL2 or ADSL2+ are only selected the connection to server is not formed... but when others are selected .. any one .. it reaches the server... and also my setting goes to default after restarting the modem.. (switching it off and on ) and why is myupstream snr value is too low ? |

Rep Power: 1 | essbebe i dont think you get my point... my mistake i should have typed more clearly.. connection is working fine bro.. i just wanted to enable ADSL2 or ADSL2+ alone not the gdmt since i heard ADSL2+ is twice fast and twice bandwidth capacity than adsl (g.dmt ) also i just want to know why my upstream snr value is below <7 ? |

Rep Power: 5 | it wont make a difference.. speed will remain same.. your snr is low cause your line is bad.. you would need to call the lineman and ask him to replace tel line from pole.. |
