| please post the details, 1) which connection you are using ie service provider 2) which plan 3) which modem 4) Test results tested at speedtest.net 5) Diagnosis of your modem |

It would help, if you post the screen shots of the modem pages as Annexures here. or upload in tinypic.com and give the links as h xx p://i34.tinypic.com etc 2. Post the following information: Start RUN type cmd type ipconfig /all ( note space after ipconfig). |
