i have problem in my bsnl broad band coonetion every time i switch off my modem i have to re enter in my broad band account manager by defauilt in my broad band account the user name display= multiply how can slove this problem

using "dialer" mode or "alwaysOn" mode.

are you connected via LAN or USB?

Did you rebooted your modem after entering the user id and password?? Here rebooting means not to switch off but by clicking on reboot button in the modem page itself.
