Is it rumor or true that bsnl is going to change the plan 1350 ul during this march.Let me know coz i m waiting earnestly to grab it.

Last year also there were lot of rumours. But until anything is officially announced, it is mere speculation.

My advice is be careful during such changes. One of my friend applied for 500 plan from 750+ (6 months unlimited offer BSNL Kolkatta only). Now when received the bill was charged along with telephone rent which is not there in 750+. Actually got the bill more than the usual amount (don't use the line for phone calls). Now he wants to revert it to the original plan.
