Thread: BSNL WA3002GA settings disturbed

Hi All
My settings of BSNL UTStarcom router WA3002GA have been disturbed.

*** "Now I am unable to open up configuration page using 192.168.1.1."

My lan network icon shows limited connectivity if I obtain IP automatically. I tried to give static IP, network icon shows connected but I cant connect to internet. I have gone through all of the replies regarding this on this forum but nothing helped.

Strange thing is, I can connect to internet using my office laptop but If I try to connect to internet using my home laptop, it says phone line busy...

Can any of the GEEKS here help me ?
How can I open up my router configuration page?

Your help will be highly appreciated

1.Do you use a dialer to connect ?

2.Start Network Local Area Network
Properties
TCP/IP
properties. ( IP listed default Gateway same ?)
Check in office laptop and your computer.

3. Post following data.
START run type cmd type Ipconfig /all

4. Since the modem/router working with office laptop
RESET not suggested.
