    Hi All,

My problem related to redirection is solved.
The redirection is not happening because of any virus or malware. ssssportal.war/exceeedlimit.jsp is a genuine BSNL site. I contacted BSNL guys and they told me that for people who are on 125 plan ( 150 MB Limit), they have recently introduced a warning page which intimates them that they have exceeded 150MB and in case they want to proceed, then they have to enter their username and password in the page and then when they press Sumbit, another page will come up where they will have to check in and click on 'I agree'.
I did the same and my internet connection was restored.
Interestingly, when I contacted their support 4 days back, the support person told me that there is nothing like this, but when I contacted again yesterday, they confirmed the redirection!!!
Thanks to all of you who supported me with info and s/w. Please make a note of this and intimate those who might face the same problem in the future, in case they report it in the forum.

Strange.. when it happened with me last yr... I wasn't able to browse even after entering userid and password... I clearly remember, I had to reset my modem...
Hope what he told you is true!

    Yeah.. I hope so too
Anyway, I changed my password immediately thereafter by logging into DataOne . This would take care of any unforeseen eventuality.

At least they started thinking of our problems. A good thing to do.
