Thread: How many of you were able to get refund from BSNL for Wrong billing of BB usage

Two days ago, I recieved 1100 credited to MY BSNL account after 2 months of raising the complaint for the Wrong Billing for the BB Usage for the month of January 2009. Want to know if similar experince from others..

I managed to claim some Rs. 200 as credit in Dec/Jan. Actually it should be in thousands. But this is BSNL .............

For me in 2006 BSNL charged me 4500 Rs(approx) as bill(due to BB usage) and after the correction my revised bill was 1100 Rs.
and in last February they did mistake again in my bill they charged me 1067 Rs then finally it's become 833 Rs.

I have been charged in excess for modem rent (when modem was purchased outright). Then couple of months ago, they charged me for previous month all over again. At all times, I was able to get a refund. But it needs chasing up, going to the billing center, etc.

i was charged for the modem rental ..............While on the contrary i had made the Outright purchase of the modem ............
I was provided a Type-I modem while on the contrary i had opted for a Type-4 modem ............. but the billing was done according to the Type-4 modem type ............
i was also charged the installation charge while during that period it was free installation from BSNL under some scheme ....................
though i had to do a lot of chasing ..............
but,finally thank GOD that i managed to get the Bill rectified/correct and got the billing amount changed before the due bill paying date ................

I got refund from BSNL but not in BB, i have 2 lines & one was over charged. I have only incomming for that line whose bill should be around 110/m got the bill of 650.. went to account officer and showed him the bill then he rectified and sent me a DD
