Thread: No usage details. Please help

I logged into data.bsnl.in to find no usage details selection under " my services ". Please find the screen shot below. Since i moved to unlimited, i am not frequently checking the usage details. Under my services only link is a password change, which i changed and logged out. And interestingly, i logged in using the old password to take this screen shot. But usage details for April are available at dataone.in/usage details section. Please tell me why it is like this.

Some sort of Maintainance work is going on in BSNL portal server and thats why the usage records are not available. It will be available soon. I got this information from portal site itself but today that information is not available in portal site.

i guess it's a common happening at BSNL's portal ................
as most of the time it is somewhat getting updated ................

I called SDO, he said some maintenance. But couldn't confirm the downtime.

updated usage details are now available at bbservice.bsnl.in. Updated today i.e 15-04-2009.

Did any one noticed BSNL NIB-II PORTAL site did few minor change like now customer did not need to input date manually to as it is already mention as billed or unbilled in that particular site.

Yes. They have now made it similar to bbservice portal.
But I preferred the earlier format. It gave the flexibility of getting details for specific days without clutter of other unwanted details.
