    Default Cannot access modem configuration page

    I cannot access my modem configuration page
    I get this error in FF
    Failed to Connect

    My DNS servers are
    218.248.255.146
    218.248.255.139

    I even face lots of port problems

    My ip is same as gateway lolz
    While having a port check i get 2 common errors for all ports
    Reason: Connection refused
    Reason: Network timeout

    Please change your LAN settings as shown in the following thread and try.

    You can also configure your IP as 192.168.1.20 (static IP)

    For accessing the modem, type this on your FF address bar

    http://192.168.1.1/

    id : admin, password: admin

    Also please specify your modem model & make.

    how come your gateway is same as IP?
    can you post ipconfig /all details?

    what is the exact problem faced by you while trying to access your modem configuration page ....................

    1. MY modem/router is __________________________-

    2. My Inter net connection was __________ (working/not working earlier )

    3. Start RUN type cmd type ipconfig /all
    _____________________________________-

    4. I need to access the settings because ________________

    5. I tried this . results are given below
    Start/ nETWORK LAN properties
    TCP/IP properties

    IP _________________ ( 192.168.1.X)
    subnet _________________(255.255.255.0)
    Gateway ______________( 192.168.1.1)

    DNS : --_____________________(208.67.220.220)
    dns________________________( 208.67.222.222)

    aPPLY sAVE.

    6. TRIED AGAIN IN IE address bar
    192.168.1.1 admin admin

    RESULT ___________________ ( error message ?)

    7. I like to connect in__________( Dialer Mode : "Always On" mode )

    MY Comments ______________________________

    1. MY modem/router is ___dna-a211-1________-

    2. My Inter net connection was __________ working

    4. I need to access the settings because _____i want to change ma password and disable wifi port which is opened by the myway tech person when he is configuring the modem___________

    5. I tried this . results are given below

    Start /networkLAN
    Properties
    Network settings page opens
    TCP/IP
    properties
    Select Obtain Ip address automatically
    Obtain DNS automatically
    Apply SAVE.
