Default bsnl billing complaint

I am using HOME500C plan. In FEB MARCH 2009 bill an aditional bill named as AOL chareged RS 500. where I am compliant higher officers in Bsnl. JTO and accounts officers are not responding. ANDHRA PRADESH KHAMMAM DIST In previous my plan is 600AR. They are not calculate the bill in correct mode. The billing officer neglected all those things.
Any body can give phone numbers of apex officers. OR email adress.
IN field BSNL staff were not doing jobs for coustamers.
This is not good for BSNL.
OFFICERS PLEASE WAKE UP.

On the backside of your bill, you will find the details of Appellate Authority & Nodal officer. This includes Address & Phone no. You can go formal by sending registered complaint with receipt to these officers. They will give you an answer ( even if it is negative ). Use these phone nos and talk to them.

your local accounts officer is the one who has to settle this issue but as he is not responding you can get the numbers & mail ID here

Angry Worst Billing in BSNL broadband

I am in home500 plan. It has free hours to browse from 2am to 8am. But BSNL great people have counted as follows:


Start Time (DD-MM-YYYY) 17-11-2009 01:56:49 AM
Stop Time (DD-MM-YYYY) 17-11-2009 0247 AM
Download (KB) 215634
Upload (KB) 6421
Total Units (KB) 222055
Duration (HH:MM:SS) 0058
Chargeable Units(KB) Excluding Night Unlimited 222055

This is one of the grievance i have encountered. Worst in the part of BSNL!

reboot the router at 2.05 and then start downloads, again reboot router at 7.50 and shutdown the PC simple
