WAIT for My Order to be changed to be
    provisioned.

After asking for a change you should,
    have avoided heavy D/L

Home 250 only 1 GB H24 no NU
    see
    http://www.bsnl.in/service/dataone_tariff.htm#home

    Check usage details Today

If your plan has not changed, you can get as much as you will under the 500 plan. But if your plan changes on 20th, then you will get only

    20/30 X Usage limit for 500 plan

ie, for 500 C the limit is 1.5 GB so if your plan gets change on 20th (if it does)

20/30 X 1500 = 1 GB. Instead of 20, put the date when your plan gets changed.

Since 500 C supports night unlimited, you are shown zero usage. And if your plan gets changed to Home 250, then after that you will get 10/30 X 1GB.

The bill will charge you separately for each plan. data.bsnl.in > My Orders > will give you the status of your plan change.

    Here is an useful reference

Please specify the plan you applied (to change). Because you cannot ask to change to any lower plan. As far as i know, a written request should be given to SDO (Sub Divisional Officer) specifying the intended plan.

As per these details your plan is not yet changed.

I don't understand why you are changing from home 500C to Home 250, I changed from Home 2250 to Home 500C and saved Rs.60/- in my current bill. Beyond this I get night U/L In this Home 500C but not in Home 250. In Home 250 the limit is 1 G where as in Home 500C it is 1.5 G. As I am using this connection for both phone and BB, I opted for this plan and it best suits my requirement. But in your case, still you are using the connection in free night U/L and still you want to go to a lower usage plan. My advise is do a proper homework before changing your plan. Otherwise you will ending with selling out a lot of money.

Also note that as per recent notification from BSNL, plan change will be effected from start of a month not in between (My understanding and this forum members opinion specified in other threads).
