Thread: speed down during night?

yeah yeah, i know all that, and i did it ages ago... i used to get consistent 220+ speed, upto 235-ish at times. On the very same torrents (they're not finished yet), very same settings. Nothing has changed. It's from BSNL's side.

Well, That's obvious.

There are more users at night than at day. All heavy downloads are activated at night time so..the speed gets reduced...
