Thread: Please help me regarding configuration of wa3002g4 router?

i have bought wa3002g4 modem when i was using bsnl broadband .i am also having hfcl infotel broadband (connect) but i dont know how to configure wa3002g4 for connect broadband? Please if anyone can help me in this matter please reply.i am in great problem

Presume you are in Punjab, and this service is telephone line base.d

If you are connecting to BSNL ISP with the modem/router
WA3002-g4, the vpi/vci for bsnl is 0 and 35.

For the HCl the vpi/vci is different.
In wan page select this connection.
You have to change the rj11 from the telephone junction.
Both ISP's cannot work at the same time.

HFCl infotel website carries no details about modem/router or setting instructions.
Give detail about modem/router supplied if any.
Or ask CC VPI/VCI and userID password etc.
