Hello everybody I am a subscriber of BSNL Broadband and from last 15-20 days I am unable to get connected to BSNL Broadband connection. The problem started after I changed my plan from 750HomeUL to 250 plan. Whenever I try to connect it only shows 'Connecting to WAN Miniport PPPoE...' and gives error:815. I had contacted BSNL but they says that everything is alright from their side. My modem is Ustarcom UA3002-g1.
