I wanted to confirm if BSNL has increased the price of their EVDO card .
Here in Jamshedpur ,marketing agencies for BSNL are charging Rs 8576.00 for the EVDO card + caution deposit+1 month tariff .

bloody cheaters the same type of EVDO from reliance costs 3500, never ever buy from them.

Speed: Upto 2.4 Mbps
Regsistration charges: Nil
Activation charges: Rs. 500
Cost of card (if purchased outright): Rs.3500
Fixed monthly charges for Card(if taken on rental/hiring only): RS. 200
Security (only in case of rental/hiring option): RS.1000
Fixed monthly chrages for Internet usage: Rs.550
