Default Plan change deposit ??

Hello all ,
How much does bsnl charge for broadband plan change ? e.g. Suppose any one using business 3300 (256 kbps) plan and he want to change to business 6000 (512 kbps) plan from next month. How much will be his billing ? How much deposit will get added in the tele. bill ? Does that plan will give really faster speed ?
Help Needed....

One month rent in advance. If you have already paid Rs. 3300, then
6000 - 3300 = 2700 should be the amount.

2700 + 3300 (previous month rent) = 6000 (Please correct me if I am wrong)

But you can expect surprises from BSNL. So be ready to negotiate.

You can surely expect the difference in speed. 512 kbps speed will there
mostly.

If it is an error, you can complain to Chief Accounts Officer (address and telephone no. on the backside of your bill).
