Wink BSNL improvising their Plans Rumours

I heard this rumour(just heard about it, not sure)

BSNL people are going to improvise their plan in return to Airtel Marketing
    scheme of high speed connections,..........

It appears they shall improve the current plan in terms of Speed and download limit with minimal or no increase in cost......

Though I am not quite sure about it, as I have heard from some of my friend ....However, he keep himself quite updated in this context....
But still I want to be sure enough.....

And if its true then..."I`M Lovin It"

Anybody..... who knows about it or comes to know about..Plz reply and post here.....

    Thankyou...

    Default Ot ?

    Hy folks!

When I have got my 750 Homeplan Unlimited (256 Kbit)the first thing I checked was the speed and it showed me 400 Kbit/s downloadspeed.

When I red this posts here I saw it was never high even like the expected 256 Kbit. So I am quite happy!

So now I am trying to boost up to Homeplan 1350 for 512 Kbit. But if this would be only 512 Kbit I would pay 100% more for only 25% more speed...

So thats why I am interested for a higher connection in unlimited plan, and thats why I am writing here!

My Connection is in Himachal Pradesh, next to Dharamshala.

    cheers

At least BSNL should think about to increase the bandwidth of existing U/L plans at Night hours.

I used UL750 for 2 month and UL1350 for 6 -7 month. you said that you got 400Kbit/s under UL750 plan. I thing you got it in BSNL speedtest. Here I can tell you that in UL1350 if you check your bandwidth speed in BSNL speedtest then you may get 1.5 Mbit/s. but while downloading you will get 28 - 32Kbyte in UL750 and 55 - 62 in UL1350. I think your problem is cleared.

just wait for few months (till this election & new budget by new govt etc gets over), bsnl will anounce so new plans or new bandwidth for existing plans (possibly in the 3rd quarter of current financial year.)

    I checked it with speedtest.net,
the speed various in the daytime, maybe there is already a higher speed at nighttime in UL 750 Plan than 256 kbit/s

but anyway, lets see what happen after May 16!

    Thanks for the replies!
