How to access...BSNL - Broadband Account Management

Did you enter 14digit usage portal ID and PW as password.
Get it from exchange and retry,
The userId PW for log in to Internet cannot be used here.

You need what they call portal id. The password is usually password. It may happen due to some error of site also. You can use BSNL Portal or BSNL - Broadband Account Management . If all fails, call your local exchange and seek help.

Hope your problem is solved. If so very happy about it. Most of us use a broadband meter as an alternative to BSNL usage portal. Click here to download and more details.

Please do not forget to counter check the values with BSNL site at regular intervals. The values of Bandwidth meter may show a minor difference from value on BSNL site. Always leave a gap of 50 MB.

the plan UL750plus will provide you unlimited access and that is known to all. so I think there is no need for chacking the portal. Keep on surfing.
