Default 500 c+ problem, please help

    hi,
My plan was changed from 750+ to 500c+ from 1.05.2009, during night (2-8) the speed is very low 10 to 20 kbps but the speed test show me it 1.65 mbps,
in other time it is very high 2mbps+,
it is happening because my plan is newly changed? or any other problem, please help me

Are you talking about torrent speeds? If yes, is your port forwarded properly?

Speed during NU was reported to be low at times. First make sure that your plan is changed.

Use speedtest.net for speedtest and post the results. or download any file and check the speed. There are many sites whose speed test is not reliable. Try changing to Open DNS.

Switching to OpenDNS would not have any effect on the download speeds. One might just experience some change in the browsing experience.
But that is enough as a reason for switching to OpenDNS.
But, we have to understand that nothing is always reliable.
