| 20% discount is applicable to both serving & retired Govt (state, central), PSU and visually impaired customers. BSNL is very crude about definitions. It will be better to confirm with BSNL about their kind of definition even if you meet the above requirements. Discount for visually impaired customer is a new addition and yet to be billed for anyone. So it will be wise to double, triple check before estimating the amount. |
