Thread: pls help plan chang

hi friends,
on march 30th i applied for plan change from h750 to h500.i called cc and asked for status of plan change.they told u r plan has been changed on 2nd april.when i see in my orders of portal id it is shows old plan.and also shows in usage records it shows according to 750 unlimited plan that is 0 chargeble units.And my speed shows 30kbps while downloding from torrents.in speed test it never crossed 500kbps.it arround 250-350 kbps. is my plan changed?

Plan change is a bit tricky and have hidden charges. Please go through these threads. They have the details you like to see. Make a call to the office to which you gave the application. They may have been lazy to process it.

Plan change is not effective unless that is done at NIB centre at Bangalore. When the BSNL guys tell you that this is done, they actually mean that the request has been submitted.

I guess you had justified your point by doing equality at the end by providing red and yellow cards individual though i had not seen that post of your's which mentioned that you had by mistake not edited his post ..............
