    Thumbs up Favorable BSNL screwups

About 1 and a half years back my friend got the bsnl home unlimited 900+ plan, and (lucky him! ) got 0.6 Mbps connection with a constant download speed of around 56 KBPS [tested at speedtest.net ]...

Now, my cousin applied for a plan change from 250 plan to unlimited 750 plan and to my great astonishment the plan has changed but the download speed is constant at 230KBPS!!:w00t::w00t:!!!!!!![speedtest.net confirms 1.8Mbps!!!]

    Wish i were so lucky....

Has this happened to any of you ? If so is this a common feature of bsnl?

Then i might try changing my plan as well..

Your friend will end this session of high speed downloading after paying a very good amount to BSNL. And I think at that moment you will not wish to change your plan to UL plan.

Please watch when the meter is running.
says megabits/sec not megaBytes /per second.
but appears same as on top left hand corner
file size shown in MB and time.
    real confusion here.

    Recheck
    down load a file/application
with any download Manager and check the speed.
