Thread: Changing plan

Last week i have changed my bsnlbb plan to 500c(nighit unlimited)
from my existing 250home plan. But still in my portal it seems 250home plan.

Is it take a week to change a plan?
Some one please help me.

It takes some time. It is done at NIB, Bangalore. Login to the BSNL portal with your portal id and keep checking under "My orders". When the status says "Provisioned", you plan change is effective.

Also look at the sticky thread by meetdilip on plan change precautions in this forum.

It may take time to change your plan. Last time when I request for a plan change from UL 1350 to 500C+ it took 10 days. On 29th of that month I chacked my plan is showing 500C+ and order status Open and it remains open for 8 days. On 8th Day means 7 th of next month I visited my portal and found that my order staus is Future dated and on 9th of the month at midnight 12:05AM I found that my order status finaly changed to Provisioned and my service effective date is 10th of that month. So wait and watch.

Even if you see provisioned, double, triple check before heavy usage.
