    Default Limited Connectivity on BSNL Connection

    Friends

    Facing this problem of limited connectivity seen on the lan connection between UTI Modem and PC.Reparing it gives unable to renew IP address

    My Net connection is new and extremely unstable
    It is unusable after 10 mins.Need to restart the PC and Router to get it working again but it last for 10 mins again.

    Is it a PC problem or a Connectivity problem

    You can visit the thread suggested by Meetdilip or you can assign a static IP to your Lan mannuallly. I think the details are in that thread

    Default soma wimax bsnl

    we have soma wimax from Bsnl for 5 weeks the worst service we have ever had. Its that bad have kept a diary it just keeps disconnecting saying limited or no connectivity.
    we have managed 3 days without any problems. The sales man does not want to know. He did admit that he had sold 40 units in Calangute when 6 should have been the limit. He said they are upgrading the tower as it cant cope. having that many problems we are now using our old tata stick. Said he wouldnt refund any money because no use to him when its been used!! made many many phone calls but just ignored his phone never rang back just basically couldnt care less. The problem is the tower he said it was where we live (he is the one that sold it too us) Spoke to the IT man & its definitley the tower. not even a back up Generator that works. so when it rains & the electric goes TOUGH!!! : so just wasted 5,000/- on unit 1,800 (plus taxes ) on rental & 750/- just to plug the usless thing in. Do not Buy!!!
